Dear Students and Personnel of Hacettepe University,
Any student club or society within the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports shall not be allowed to open stands under any circumstances as any play, performance, declaration and demonstration in public places has been banned since October 17, 2016 to November 30, 2016 as of the Article 11 of the State of Emergency Law No. 2935 within the scope of the Additional Article No. 1 of the Law on Public Meetings and Demonstrations No. 2911 and the Police Powers and Duties Law No. 2555 within the provincial borders in accordance with the announcement of the Ankara Governorship on October 17Â, 2016.
